Our family of staff is proud to work for an establishment that’s concerned for the health
of its customers and the environment, therefore we choose to support our local and sustainable farms by
using their seasonal, fresh and organic ingredients.
Our former Chef Stephane Roy served his last dinner on Mother’s Day, May 9th 2010 and now we are
happy to introduce you a new La Boheme Chef, Fabrice Marcon who took over the Executive Chef Position on a
consulting basis. He was born in La Rochelle, France. He was lucky to get his first job after graduation for
Paul Bocuse at 3 star Michelin restaurant in Lyon (France) as a Saucier from 1987 to 1990. Then he worked as
Chef de Cuisine for The Grand Hotel at Stockholm Sweden (1990-1992). After coming to United States he took
over a Chef de Cuisine position at The Westin St.Francis (1994-1997). Then Fabrice opened his own places
(Hyde Street Bistro - 1998 and Mistral Rotisserie Ferry Building – 2003). We are very excited with this great
opportunity to work together with Fabrice Marcon. The new menu is coming soon, please come back and check on
